In addition to RB Basket, 27 other teams played in Flickor 00. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof RB Basket Dream Girls could be found in Group 5 together with KFUK KFUM Huddinge BBK 2, KFUM Katrineholms IF and Täby Basket F00 1.

RB Basket Dream Girls continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to , but lost it against Duvbo IK 1 with 21-25. In the Final, KFUM Blackebergs IK won over KFUM Blackebergs IK Ekerö Röd and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 00.

Ragunda BBF also participated in Flickor 00 during Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup 2011. They won Slutspel B, after beating BK Järva 2 in the final with 31-21.
