In addition to RB Basket, 19 other teams played in Flickor 99. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof RB Basket could be found in Group 5 together with Täby Basket röd, KorsKu and Viby Basket Röd.

RB Basket continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ullvi Basket with 25-26. In the Final, Uppsala basket won over Viby Basket Röd and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 99.

Ragunda BBF also participated in Flickor 99 during Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup 2011. They reached the 1/4 Final in F99 Slutspel B, but lost it against JKS Basket with 15-24.
