Lobas was one of 64 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup 2012. They participated with one team in Pojkar 96.

In addition to Lobas, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 96. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Lobas could be found in Group 1 together with Eskilstuna Basket, KFUK KFUM Huddinge BBK and Täby Basket Röd.

Lobas made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Unamuno Cadete Masculino with 28-55. Thereby Lobas finished second in P96 Slutspel A during Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup 2012.

Lobas comes from Lomma which lies approximately 460 km from Eskilstuna, where Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup takes place. The area around Lomma does also provide three additional clubs participating during Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup 2012 (Malbas, Ik Eos Lund and Idala IF).
