Dolphins was one of 64 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup 2012. They participated with one team in Flickor 97.

In addition to Dolphins, 7 other teams played in Flickor 97. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Dolphins could be found in Group 2 together with Täby Basket Blå, KFUM Nässjö and Eskilstuna Basket.

Dolphins continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against KorsKu with 20-24. In the Final, KFUM Nässjö won over KorsKu and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 97.

Dolphins comes from Norrköping which lies approximately 91 km from Eskilstuna, where Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basketcup takes place.
