Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö Basket tournament 2012 takes place on April 20th to April 22nd and is open for girls and boys born -96 to -01. The tournament, which is played for the 26th year in a row, is one of Swedens largest youth basketball tournaments. In 2011 we had 225 participant teams from Sweden, Finland, Russia and Spain.

Tournament information
EEM basket tournament is arranged by Eskilstuna Basket and is played from Friday to Sunday on more than 20 courts in Eskilstuna. We guarantee at least 4 games for each team and have A- & B-finals. Games are played 2x12 minutes effecient time with 3 minutes rest in halftime for agegroups -96-99. Agegroup -00 and-01 playes with low baskets, a size 5 ball and easybasket rules 6x5 min running, boys-99 playes with high baskets and a size 6 ball, girls-99 play with high baskets and a size 5 ball, if both teams want to play with a size 6 ball it´s ok, agegroup -98 and girls -97 and -96 playes with high baskets and a size 6 ball, boys -97 & -96 playes with high baskets and a size 7 ball. Agegroup -00 and -01 will play according to the Easy Basket koncept from Svensk Basket.

Entry
The fees for 2012 are as follows:The entry fee is 1700 SEK and includes 1 cupcard, the cupcards cost 650 SEK each.) A cupcard is required for each member of the team, coaches, players and any other who would like to accompany the team and take part of the offers the cupcard includes. The cupcards includes taking part in the tournament, accommodation in schools, meals (2 dinner, 2 breakfast, 2 lunch), transportation between accommodation, diners and courts, entrance to the tournament disco on Saturday and one entrance to Vattenpalatset (Waterpalace). Cupcards must be payed by 16th of March 2012.

The entry form and fee must reach us at the latest on the 29th of February 2012 but since the tournament is very popular, we recommend you to send it as soon as possible.
When the tournament is fully booked , the date of payment will determine who will participate. Teams that for any reason withdraw, will not get the entry fee back.
All fees should be paid to: Swedbank, Eskilstuna Basket bg 214-8161, SWIFT:SWEDSESS, IBAN: SE62 8000 0827 0100 3003 2551. All fees charged by the bank must be paid by you. Remember to specify which team the fees refer to, for example "Eskilstuna Basket girls -96 white".
